Payment note & instructions:
This year, we will be using an online payment system. This new process should make everything easier for everyone.
  • The deposit must be paid via check and delivered to the Clippard YMCA. This was due on September 1, 2023, from all players in the club this upcoming 2023-2024 season!

  • Players who have a past due balance will not be permitted to participate in practices or tournaments until due balance is collected.
    • ​Players will still be expected to be present at all practices, tournaments and team events.
Included in team fees:
- National Teams:
  • 3 Jerseys (2 Long sleeve, 1 Short sleeve)
- American and Regional Teams:
  • 2 Jerseys (1 Long sleeve, 1 Short sleeve)
- National Teams:
  • Minimum 3 Practices + 1 Agility Training Per Week
- American Teams:
  • 2-3 Practices Per Week
- Regional Teams:
  • Minimum 2 Practices Per Week
- National teams:
  • 8-9 total tournaments (1-3 Qualifiers + Nationals)
​- American teams:
  • 7-8 total tournaments (Multiple Open/Select Tournaments)
- Regional teams:
  • 6-7 total tournaments
- All tournament expenses (Tournament Registration Fees, Coaches Travel Expenses)
- National teams are required to attend agility and weights (TBA) before/after practices at Clippard
  • These are created by the director each week with new plans, and are included in club costs
- Skill clinics / individual lessons offered every Sunday at Clippard YMCA with different coaches and skills every week starting in January 2024

- Directors will attend U15-U17 practices in December to track stats for their recruiting profiles on our website

We are proud members of the USAV, AAU, JVA, and Ohio Valley Region volleyball. All players are responsible for purchasing their own USAV/OVR junior player membership for the 2023-2024 season. ($67 (or $57 if you bought the tryout membership))

There will be fundraising options available. Directors will share these at the club meeting, and will also share to the website.
