Tryouts will require a digital pre-registration via Google Forms.

2. CYVBC Pre-Registration
3. USAV Medical release form
4. Payment

What to Bring Day of Tryouts
1. OVR Membership Proof via SportsEngine
2. USA Volleyball Medical Release Form
3. Tryout Fee
- Register BEFORE tryouts! It can take 24-48 hours, at times
- PROOF of this membership must be brought with you on the day of tryouts to show at check in.
- The player will not be allowed to enter until this membership card is sent or shown!
- “Players that already have a 25-26 season membership (which is good until August 31) do not need to purchase a 26-27 Tryout Membership (which will not be available until June 1st) in order to attend July tryouts.“- OVR
2. CYVBC Pre-Registration
- Summer Tryouts: MUST REGISTER THROUGH DAXKO OPERATIONS
- Fall Tryouts: MUST REGISTER THROUGH DAXKO OPERATIONS

4. Payment
- ONLINE AFTER REGISTRATION. We ask that there are not payments at the desk this season, but you can email us and we will make note that you will be paying with cash or a check. Email us here!
- CHECKS ARE PAYABLE TO CLIPPARD YMCA (NOT Surge!)
