2025-2026 Team Fee FAQs

Deposit = $500 (Subtracted from total fees)
**Coaches will email your specific total team fees. They will also be listed in your daughter’s contract. If you have any questions, please contact us**

Payment note & instructions:
Our auto payment system is organized by team. If you did not receive an auto payment form, please reach out to the directors!

• The deposit must be paid via check and delivered to the Clippard YMCA. This is due on November 15, 2025!
• Players who have a past due balance will not be permitted to participate in practices or tournaments until due balance is collected.
  • ​Players will still be expected to be present at all practices, tournaments and team events.

$500 DEPOSIT: DUE BY DECEMBER 1, 2025
FIRST PAYMENT: JANUARY 10, 2026
SECOND PAYMENT: FEBRUARY 10, 2026
THIRD PAYMENT: MARCH 10, 2026
FOURTH/FINAL PAYMENT: APRIL 10, 2026
*ALL PLAYERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY FINAL PAYMENT ON APRIL 10, 2026*

All players must be members of the YMCA starting this season. There will be a $34-$38 monthly charge, unless your daughter/family are already members!

Included in team fees:
- National Teams:

• 3 Jerseys (1 Long sleeve, 1 Sleeveless (with arm sleeves), 1 Short sleeve)

- American and Regional Teams:

• 2 Jerseys (1 Long sleeve, 1 Short sleeve)

- National Teams:

• Minimum 3 Practices + 1 Positional (Saturday morning’s) Per Week

- American Teams:

• 2-3 Practices Per Week

- Regional Teams:

• Minimum 2 Practices Per Week

- National teams:

• 7-8 total tournaments ​(Including ​ASICS or AAU Nationals)

​- American teams:

• 6-7 total tournaments

- Regional teams:

• 6-7 total tournaments

- All tournament expenses (Tournament Registration Fees, Coaches Travel Expenses, Coaches Salary Expenses)
- National teams are required to attend positionals at Clippard on Saturday’s (when they are scheduled)

• These are created by the director each week with new plans, new players, new coaches, and are included in club costs

- Skill clinics offered most Saturday’s at Clippard YMCA with different coaches and skills every week starting in January 2026
- Practice Court Fees

We are proud members of the USAV, AAU, JVA, and Ohio Valley Region volleyball. All players are responsible for purchasing their own USAV/OVR junior player membership for the 2024-2025 season when it opens on September 4. ($74 (or $64 if you bought the tryout membership))
